How MSEApp News handles information on mseappnews.com.

MSEApp News is a Nigeria-first news, entertainment and sports publication operated from Nigeria. This policy covers the public website and related publishing tools, including the MSEApp News Facebook app.

Information we collect

• Contact form: name, email, optional phone, organisation, and your message, so the newsroom can reply.
• Comments: name, email (kept private), optional website, and the comment text. We store a one-way hash of the network address for spam control — not the address itself.
• Audience stats: approximate country, device type, and page path. We store a one-way session hash — not your name, email, or IP address.
• Social publishing: Facebook, Instagram and Threads Pages are connected by MSEApp staff to post news. That is a Page connection, not Facebook Login for readers.

How we use it

To publish journalism, answer enquiries, measure readership, and operate official social accounts. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We may share what is needed with hosting, email, and social platforms that already process the data (for example Meta, when staff connect a Page).
